Shipping and returns

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. At busy times processing may take longer. Shipping methods, estimated delivery time and cost are shown at checkout based on your address.

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information. Email hello@solevawear.com if a delivery is delayed or damaged.

Returns

Soleva's returns policy gives you 30 days from receipt to return an item. Contact us with your order number for return instructions. For change-of-mind returns the customer normally pays the return postage. If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us before returning it.
