Refund policy

Request a return

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order under Soleva's returns policy. Email hello@solevawear.com with your order number and the email address you used for the purchase. We'll send you return instructions.

Items must be returned clean, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Use beyond what is needed to inspect the item may affect the refund, subject to your statutory rights.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns you normally pay the return postage. Keep your proof of postage. Contact us before returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need extra processing time. Where the statutory right to cancel applies, the cheapest standard delivery cost is also refunded when the law requires it. Extra costs for more expensive delivery options are not necessarily refunded.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
