Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, Netherlands): 4–7 business days.
• United States & Australia: 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over 499 kr. Orders under 499 kr have a flat 59 kr shipping fee. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link where available. Please allow some time after dispatch for the carrier to register the first tracking update.

International orders

We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States and Australia. For deliveries outside applicable customs territories, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are determined by the destination country.
