These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Solevawear.com and purchases made through our online store.

Solevawear.com is operated by AVIKLUND KONSULT AB, trading under the SOLEVA brand.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Throughout these Terms, “SOLEVA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AVIKLUND KONSULT AB, trading under the SOLEVA brand.

2. Using Our Website

You may use Solevawear.com for lawful personal purposes and to purchase products offered through our store.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious code or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, improvements or other operational reasons.

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices and other information displayed on Solevawear.com are accurate.

5. Orders

When you place an order through Solevawear.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

This may include:

Payment failure
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
An obvious pricing or product information error
A product becoming unavailable
An inability to fulfil or deliver the order
Misuse of our website, promotions or services

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Nothing in this section affects your mandatory consumer rights.

We work to keep inventory information on Solevawear.com as accurate as possible. However, in rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate options, which may include waiting for restocking where appropriate or receiving a refund for the unavailable product.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to the processing of your payment.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights regarding delivery under applicable consumer law.

9. 30-Day Returns

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from SOLEVA.

We therefore offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you are considering returning your SOLEVA slides, please try them on indoors and on a clean surface.

Returned products should be clean, undamaged and in their original condition, together with their original packaging.

Products showing signs of outdoor wear, dirt, damage or excessive use may not qualify for a full refund, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights available to you.

10. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated by SOLEVA, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us before arranging a return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

11. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where required under applicable consumer law, a refund following a valid statutory withdrawal will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, the additional delivery cost may not be refundable.

We may, where permitted by law, withhold a refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that the products have been returned.

Once we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Every SOLEVA order should arrive as expected.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please contact us before returning a damaged, defective or incorrect product, as a return may not always be necessary.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have regarding faulty or non-conforming products.

13. Exchanges

If you would like another size or colour, please contact us at hello@solevawear.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Depending on your location and order, we may ask you to return the original product and place a new order instead of processing a direct exchange.

Any applicable instructions will be provided when you contact us.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, SOLEVA may offer promotions, discounts, promotional codes or other special offers.

Individual promotions may be subject to specific terms communicated as part of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional codes must be applied before completing checkout.
Promotional codes have no cash value.
Promotions may be restricted to certain products, customers, markets or periods.
Certain promotions may not be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotion where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, technical error or use contrary to the stated promotional conditions, subject to applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted by contract.
